Jobber integrations are the apps and API connections that link Jobber
to other software, most of them installed from the Jobber App
Marketplace. GoHighLevel is one of them, and HighLevel's own app syncs
clients and jobs. We set up GoHighLevel around Jobber and build what
that app leaves out, such as quote follow-up. Web Blend runs GoHighLevel
in-house.
Start with the free route and only pay for what it cannot do. Plans and
limits are from the Jobber App Marketplace listings, HighLevel's help
center and Jobber's developer docs, checked 15 September 2026.

Built, tested and supported by someone. That is the part we do.

// WHAT MOVES WHICH WAY
What a custom Jobber GoHighLevel flow adds
These sit alongside the HighLevel app's client sync, not instead of it.
You agree exactly what crosses over before anything is wired.
GoHighLevel → Jobber
The inquiry becomes a request
A GoHighLevel inquiry that reaches your nominated stage creates a Jobber request, the same object your online request form makes, so the office converts it to a quote or job as usual.
The client matched on phone and email before anything is created, so the HighLevel app and the custom flow do not produce two copies of one customer.
Lead source and form answers added as a note on the request, which the HighLevel app does not carry across.
Jobber → GoHighLevel
Quotes and jobs drive follow-up
Quote sent starts quote follow-up in GoHighLevel. Quote approved stops it and moves the opportunity to won.
Job closed triggers the review request, at the point the work is actually finished.
Invoice updates record revenue against the campaign that produced the lead.
Every event is signed by Jobber and carries only an ID, so the build fetches the current record through the API before acting.
// FIT
When you do not need us
A build is worth it when quote follow-up, lead source reporting or sync
you can monitor matter to the business. It is not worth it in these
cases.
Skip the build if
Client and job sync is all you want. Install HighLevel's own Jobber app from your HighLevel agency App Marketplace and connect it to the sub-account.
Your lead sources are already native. Angi, Thumbtack and Google Local Services Ads connect inside Jobber.
A few zaps cover it and someone on your team is happy to maintain them.
Jobber's own add-ons, such as Marketing Suite or AI Receptionist, cover your follow-up and you have no plans to run GoHighLevel.
// WHAT YOU GET
What we set up, and what we keep running
The HighLevel Jobber app installed and configured where it fits, rather than rebuilt from scratch.
GoHighLevel pipelines, lead handling and follow-up workflows set up around your Jobber statuses.
A custom flow for what the app leaves out: quote status, invoice updates, notes and lead source.
Webhooks verified against Jobber's HMAC signature before anything acts on them.
Jobber's API limits respected: 2,500 requests per five minutes and a query cost budget, so bulk updates queue instead of failing.
Failure handling that queues and retries, with alerting when a failure sticks, plus a written support arrangement.
// HOW THE BUILD RUNS
Four steps to connect Jobber and GoHighLevel
01
Map your Jobber flow
We walk how work moves today: requests, quotes, jobs and invoices in Jobber, and what the office retypes from GoHighLevel.
02
Pick the route
The HighLevel app, a connector, Zapier, a custom build, or a mix. We tell you if the free route already covers it.
03
Connect and test
A Jobber admin authorizes the connection. We test on non-customer records, then break it on purpose to check it fails safe.
04
Hand over and support it
You get the flow documented in plain English and a written agreement on who fixes it when Jobber or GoHighLevel changes.
// PRICING
From $1,284, one fixed number before we start
A Jobber GoHighLevel integration starts from $1,284 setup as part of
our automation service.
If the free HighLevel app already covers your needs, we will tell you
before we quote. No hourly billing, no lock-in contract, and no monthly
fee for the integration itself. Jobber plan costs are separate and paid
to Jobber.
Yes. HighLevel publishes its own app on the Jobber App Marketplace, with Core listed as the required plan. It syncs clients two ways, runs a one-time import of past clients, and installs a snapshot of workflows. According to HighLevel's help article, it does not sync Jobber custom fields, notes or attachments, and it connects one sub-account per Jobber account.
If HighLevel has an app, why pay for a build?
Often you should not. If client and job sync is what you need, install the app. A build is worth it when follow-up has to run off quote and invoice status, when lead source and notes need to reach Jobber, or when you need sync logs and alerting for a flow the business relies on.
Can I connect Jobber to GoHighLevel with Zapier?
Yes. Zapier lists a Jobber and LeadConnector pairing. The Jobber Zapier app has triggers including New Request Created, Quote Sent, Quote Approved, Job Closed and Invoice Updated, and actions including Create Client, Create Request, Create Quote and Create Job. Jobber says Zapier is available on select plans.
How does a custom Jobber integration get access?
Jobber uses OAuth 2.0 rather than API keys. The developer creates an app in the Jobber Developer Center, and a Jobber admin on your account authorizes it. Jobber describes custom integrations as private connections for specific accounts, with no app review required unless the app connects to more than five paying Jobber accounts.
Are you a Jobber partner?
No. Web Blend is not a Jobber partner, consultant or trainer, and we do not set up or train on Jobber itself. We run GoHighLevel in-house and connect it to your Jobber account through the options Jobber and HighLevel publish.
How much does a Jobber GoHighLevel integration cost?
Setup starts from $1,284, scoped inside our automation service. If HighLevel's free Jobber app covers what you need, we will say so before quoting. You get one fixed price before work starts, no hourly billing and no lock-in contract.
