Jobber vs Housecall Pro: pricing, features and fit
Jobber vs Housecall Pro is a choice between two field service apps
that both quote, schedule, invoice and take payments for home service
businesses. The real differences are how each one prices users, which
features sit on the top plan, and how open each is to other software.
Every figure here comes from the vendors' own pricing and help pages.
Starting prices in USD per month, from getjobber.com/pricing and
housecallpro.com/pricing, checked 15 September 2026. Jobber's plan prices
step up with team size, so the Jobber figures are the entry price for
each plan.

// FIT
Who each one suits, based on how it is priced
Neither is the right answer for everyone. These follow directly from the
published plans, not from a ranking.
Jobber may suit
Solo operators and add-on buyers
A one-person operation that wants the lowest entry price: Core starts at $29/mo billed annually.
A business that wants to add marketing tools in pieces, since Jobber prices its Marketing Suite, AI Receptionist and Pipeline as separate add-ons.
A business that already runs GoHighLevel, since HighLevel publishes its own app on the Jobber App Marketplace with Core listed as the required plan.
Housecall Pro may suit
Small crews and service-plan businesses
A crew of up to five that wants users included in one price: Essentials covers 5 users.
A business selling maintenance agreements, where recurring service plans are a Max feature.
A team already planning on Max, which is the plan that includes route optimization and the open API.

// QUESTIONS
Jobber vs Housecall Pro questions
Weighing up the two and want to know how either would fit with GoHighLevel? Ask us and we'll give you a straight answer.
It depends on team size. For one user, Jobber Core starts at $29/mo billed annually and Housecall Pro Basic at $59/mo billed annually. For a crew of five, Housecall Pro Essentials is $149/mo billed annually with 5 users included, while Jobber prices rise with the number of users on the plan. Both vendors change prices, so check getjobber.com/pricing and housecallpro.com/pricing before you sign up. Prices on this page were checked in September 2026.
Do Jobber and Housecall Pro both have free trials?
Yes. Both offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Jobber runs its trial on the Grow plan.
Which one has an API for connecting other software?
Both do, with different access rules. Jobber has a public GraphQL API with OAuth 2.0 and webhooks, and apps published to its App Marketplace are reviewed by Jobber. Housecall Pro makes its API available only on the Max plan, where an admin creates the API key.
Can I connect Jobber or Housecall Pro to Zapier?
Yes. Both have Zapier apps, and Zapier lists a LeadConnector pairing for each, which is the Zapier app for GoHighLevel. Housecall Pro limits Zapier to its Essentials and Max plans.
Are the vendor comparison pages reliable?
Read them as sales pages. Jobber and Housecall Pro each publish a page comparing themselves with the other, and they disagree. For example, Jobber says Housecall Pro needs a third-party tool for route optimization, while Housecall Pro lists route optimization on its Max plan. Check the plan pages directly for anything that decides your purchase.
Can either one connect to GoHighLevel?
Yes, by different routes. HighLevel publishes its own Jobber app, which syncs clients and jobs. Housecall Pro has no GoHighLevel app in its integrations directory, so it connects through Zapier on Essentials or Max, or through its API on Max. Web Blend builds the connection for either platform, starting from $1,284 setup, with one fixed price quoted before work starts.
// WHICHEVER YOU PICK
We connect it to GoHighLevel
Web Blend is not a Jobber or Housecall Pro partner, and we don't sell
either one. We run GoHighLevel in-house and connect it to the job
system you choose, so leads, quotes and follow-up stay in step. From
$1,284 setup. See

Housecall Pro integrations.
