ServiceTitan integrations: what is allowed, and GoHighLevel
ServiceTitan integrations are the approved ways other software connects
to ServiceTitan: certified Marketplace apps, apps a customer builds for
itself, and ServiceTitan's Zapier app. We are not a ServiceTitan
partner. We set up GoHighLevel lead handling and connect it through your
own ServiceTitan Zapier connection. Web Blend runs GoHighLevel in-house.
The ServiceTitan integration paths, and the one that is banned
ServiceTitan controls API access more tightly than most job systems.
This summary comes from its developer portal, help center and API terms,
checked 15 September 2026.
Path
Who builds and owns it
When it fits
Certified App (Marketplace)
A ServiceTitan partner that has completed certification and a partnership agreement
Buying an off-the-shelf product that already connects, such as the apps in the Leads and Bookings or Marketing categories.
Customer-Built App
Your own business: you request access, build, host and maintain it with your own App Key
Businesses with an in-house developer. Needs the Works or Enterprise Plus package.
ServiceTitan Zapier app
Your admin registers and connects it; zaps run in a Zapier account you own
Lighter connections, including GoHighLevel through LeadConnector. ServiceTitan says it is not officially supported.
Tunneling (not allowed)
A third party asks you to create an app and share the App Key, or you give them app-creation rights
Nothing. ServiceTitan prohibits it and may ask you to disconnect it. We will not ask you to do this.
Customer-built apps use an App Key, a Client ID and Client Secret per
environment, and your Tenant ID, with requests capped at 60 calls per
second per app per tenant. Your admin approves each app under Settings,
Integrations, API Application Access.
// THE SERVICETITAN MARKETPLACE
Native ServiceTitan integrations by category
Check marketplace.servicetitan.com first. ServiceTitan relaunched it in
September 2025 around certified apps, and says apps that do not certify
are removed and treated as custom integrations. Categories include:
Leads and Bookings
Marketing
Telecom
Web Schedulers
Accounting and Tax
Payments and Financing
Fleet and GPS
Business Intelligence and Analytics
Catalogs and Pricebooks
HR and Payroll
A search for HighLevel, LeadConnector and Zapier on the Marketplace
returned no results when checked.
// WHAT MOVES WHICH WAY
What a ServiceTitan GoHighLevel connection syncs
The shape of a build through ServiceTitan's Zapier connection. Exactly
trigger and action names are from ServiceTitan's Zapier app listing, and
you sign off the field map before anything is wired.
GoHighLevel → ServiceTitan
The inquiry becomes a booking
A GoHighLevel inquiry uses the ServiceTitan ZapierCreate Booking action, so it lands on the Calls screen for your CSRs to accept or dismiss, rather than a job nobody reviewed.
The booking carries the name plus phone, email or address ServiceTitan requires, with the form answers and lead source included.
Your CSRs keep control of booking, so dispatch, capacity and arrival windows stay inside ServiceTitan.
ServiceTitan → GoHighLevel
Job reality reaches follow-up
The ServiceTitan ZapierNew Job trigger updates the matching GoHighLevel opportunity, so follow-up stops chasing a customer who is already booked.
Updated Job and Updated Estimate triggers move the pipeline and start or stop estimate follow-up in GoHighLevel.
Inquiries that never become jobs stay in GoHighLevel nurture instead of disappearing.
// FIT
When you do not need us
This is worth doing when your ads and web leads live in GoHighLevel and
your CSRs retype them into ServiceTitan. It is not worth doing in these
cases.
Skip it if
A certified app in the ServiceTitan Marketplace already does what you need. Buy that; it is the supported route.
Your team runs follow-up inside ServiceTitan's own marketing tools and you have no plans to run GoHighLevel.
Your ServiceTitan package does not include API or Zapier access. None of the routes on this page work until that changes.
You want a direct API integration built on your App Key by an outside agency. ServiceTitan calls that Tunneling and does not allow it.
// HOW IT RUNS
Four steps, with your credentials staying yours
01
Confirm your package and route
We check which ServiceTitan package you are on and whether a certified app, your own app, or the Zapier connection fits. If a Marketplace app covers it, we say so.
02
Your admin connects ServiceTitan
Your admin completes ServiceTitan's Zapier registration and approves it under API Application Access. You own the credentials. We never ask for your App Key.
03
We build the GoHighLevel side
Pipelines, lead capture, missed-call text-back and follow-up workflows in GoHighLevel, connected to ServiceTitan bookings and job updates.
04
Test, hand over, support
Tested on non-customer records, documented in plain English, with a written agreement on who fixes what when either platform changes.
// PRICING
From $1,284, one fixed number before we start
Connecting ServiceTitan to GoHighLevel starts from $1,284 setup as part
of our automation service.
That covers the GoHighLevel build and the Zapier connection to your
account. ServiceTitan, GoHighLevel and Zapier subscriptions are
separate. No hourly billing and no lock-in contract.
Not through a listed Marketplace app. A search of the ServiceTitan Marketplace for HighLevel and LeadConnector returned no results in September 2026. Zapier lists a ServiceTitan and LeadConnector pairing, and HighLevel's help center documents connecting the two through Zapier. That route needs a ServiceTitan package with Zapier access.
Can an agency build a ServiceTitan API integration for me?
Not on your credentials. ServiceTitan approves two paths: Certified Apps from partners, and apps a customer builds, hosts and maintains itself. It prohibits Tunneling, which is when a third party asks you to create an app and share its App Key, or is given permission to create apps. Web Blend is not a ServiceTitan partner, so we do not offer a direct API build.
Which ServiceTitan package includes API access?
ServiceTitan's developer portal says customer-built apps need the Works or Enterprise Plus package. Its help article on Zapier says that connection is for The Works or legacy customers. Check your package with ServiceTitan before planning an integration.
What is a ServiceTitan booking?
A booking is an inquiry sent into ServiceTitan that appears on the Calls screen, where your team accepts or dismisses it. It needs a name plus an address, phone number or email. It suits web and ad leads, because a person still decides whether it becomes a job.
Is the ServiceTitan Zapier connection reliable?
It works, with caveats you should know. ServiceTitan's help center describes its Zapier app as not officially supported and provided as is, and ServiceTitan's API terms say API usage may carry fees in the future. We build failure alerts into the zaps and tell you plainly what depends on it.
How much does it cost to connect ServiceTitan to GoHighLevel?
Setup starts from $1,284 inside our automation service, for the GoHighLevel build and the Zapier connection to your ServiceTitan account. Zapier and ServiceTitan subscriptions are separate. You get one fixed price before work starts, no hourly billing and no lock-in contract.
