// HOUSECALL PRO + GOHIGHLEVEL

Housecall Pro integrations, including GoHighLevel

Housecall Pro integrations are the connections between Housecall Pro and other software, from the apps in its own directory to custom links built on its API. GoHighLevel is not in that directory. We connect the two, so GoHighLevel leads land in Job Inbox and Housecall Pro estimate and job events move your pipeline. Web Blend runs GoHighLevel in-house.

// WHAT YOUR PLAN ALLOWS

Your Housecall Pro plan decides what can connect

This is the part most people find out late. Per Housecall Pro's help center, Zapier needs Essentials or Max, and the public API and webhooks are Max only.

PlanZapierAPI and webhooksWhat that means for GoHighLevel
BasicNot availableNot availableNo automated connection to GoHighLevel. Upgrade, or keep the two apart.
EssentialsAvailableNot availableZapier only: two job triggers and a create-customer action.
MaxAvailableAPI keys, webhooks, API Leads channelA full two-way connection is possible.

// WHAT MOVES WHICH WAY

What a Housecall Pro GoHighLevel connection syncs

The shape of a build on a Max plan. Event names in the second card are Housecall Pro's own webhook events. You agree exactly what crosses over before anything is wired.

GoHighLevel → Housecall Pro

The inquiry lands in Job Inbox

  • A new GoHighLevel inquiry creates a Housecall Pro customer, then a lead through the Create Lead endpoint, so it lands in the API Leads channel of Job Inbox.
  • Phone and email matched against existing Housecall Pro customers first, so a repeat caller does not become a second customer record.
  • Form answers, lead source and campaign carried onto the lead, so the office sees what the customer asked for and where they came from.
  • Leads from GoHighLevel ads, forms and missed-call text-back sit next to the Angi, Thumbtack and Google leads already in Job Inbox.
Housecall Pro → GoHighLevel

Job events move the pipeline

  • lead.converted and lead.lost move the matching GoHighLevel opportunity, so follow-up stops chasing someone who already booked.
  • estimate.sent starts a quote follow-up sequence in GoHighLevel. An approval status change on the estimate option stops it.
  • job.scheduled and job.completed trigger reminders and the review request at the right moment.
  • invoice.paid records revenue against the original campaign, so ad spend can be judged on paid jobs.

// FIT

When you do not need us

A build is worth it when the office retypes GoHighLevel leads into Housecall Pro every day, or when follow-up keeps chasing people whose job is already booked. It is not worth it in these cases.

Skip the build if
  • Your lead sources are already on the list of native integrations. Angi, Thumbtack, Yelp and Google Local Services connect inside Housecall Pro.
  • You only need new GoHighLevel contacts created as Housecall Pro customers. On Essentials or Max, a Zapier zap with LeadConnector does that.
  • Housecall Pro's own Campaigns, Review Management and online booking cover your follow-up, and you have no plans to run GoHighLevel.
  • You are on Basic and do not want to upgrade. There is no API or Zapier access on that plan to build on.

// WHAT YOU GET

What we build, and what we keep running

// HOW THE BUILD RUNS

Four steps to connect Housecall Pro and GoHighLevel

01

Check your plan and lead flow

We confirm your Housecall Pro plan, then walk how leads arrive today: Job Inbox channels, online booking, calls, and what the office retypes.

02

Agree the field map

Which Housecall Pro events drive which GoHighLevel pipeline moves, and what GoHighLevel sends back. You sign off before it is built.

03

Connect and test

Your admin generates the API key and enables webhooks. We build, test on non-customer records, then break it on purpose to check it fails safe.

04

Hand over and support it

You get the flow documented in plain English and a written agreement on who fixes it, and how fast, when either platform changes.

// PRICING

From $1,284, one fixed number before we start

A Housecall Pro GoHighLevel integration starts from $1,284 setup as part of our automation service. Full two-way sync with estimates and invoices is quoted higher once we have mapped your workflow. Still choosing a job system? Our Jobber vs Housecall Pro comparison covers pricing and API access side by side. Running Jobber instead, see Jobber integrations. On ServiceTitan, see ServiceTitan integrations. If missed calls are the bigger leak, start with missed-call text-back.

Get in touch
Does Housecall Pro have a GoHighLevel integration?

Not in its own integrations directory. The routes are Zapier, where Housecall Pro pairs with LeadConnector (the GoHighLevel Zapier app), or a custom connection built on Housecall Pro's API and webhooks.

Which Housecall Pro plan do I need for integrations?

Native integrations such as QuickBooks Online depend on the app. Zapier needs Essentials, Essentials + or Max. The public API, webhooks and the API Leads channel are Max only, according to Housecall Pro's help center.

Can I connect Housecall Pro to GoHighLevel with Zapier?

Yes, on Essentials or Max. The Housecall Pro Zapier app has two triggers, New Scheduled Job and New Completed Job, and one action, Create Customer. That covers simple flows such as creating a customer from a GoHighLevel contact or firing a review request when a job completes. Lead status, estimates and invoices are not in the Zapier app, so anything using those needs the API on Max.

What does Housecall Pro need to allow a custom integration?

An admin on a Max plan goes to My Apps, All Apps, API Key Management and generates a key with full or read-only access. Webhooks are switched on in the same My Apps area, where you enter the address to send events to and choose which events to send. We walk your admin through both.

Are you a Housecall Pro partner?

No. Web Blend is not a Housecall Pro partner, consultant or trainer. We run GoHighLevel in-house and connect it to your Housecall Pro account using the API access Housecall Pro gives its Max customers. Housecall Pro itself says it does not build or maintain custom API integrations, so the support for this one sits with us, in writing.

How much does a Housecall Pro GoHighLevel integration cost?

Setup starts from $1,284, scoped inside our automation service. Full two-way sync with estimates and invoices is quoted higher once we have mapped your workflow. You get one fixed price before work starts, no hourly billing and no lock-in contract.
