A Bundle in ServiceM8 saves several materials, services and labor items as one preset with one name. Build Bundles under Settings > Materials & Services > Bundles, then add a Bundle to a job by searching its item number or a keyword.
- A ServiceM8 Bundle shows the client one line and one price. The parts list stays hidden.
- Bundles is an add-on, listed from the Growing plan up on ServiceM8's US pricing page. Activate it under Settings > ServiceM8 Add-ons.
- Editing a Bundle from the line on an online Job card changes that one job only. The saved Bundle and other jobs stay the same.
- ServiceM8 15 lets you build and edit Bundles in the app under More > Materials, add a photo to a Bundle, and import a supplier quote PDF as one Bundle.
- Changing an item's price in Materials & Services updates every Bundle holding that item. Existing jobs stay as they were.
- ServiceM8's Bulk Price Increase help page does not mention Bundles. Check one Bundle's price after running an increase.

What is a Bundle in ServiceM8?
A Bundle rolls several items into one line on a quote or invoice. Think of a water heater install: the tank, the fittings, the haul-away and two hours of labor. The client sees “Water heater install” and a price. The parts list stays hidden.
Bundles is an add-on. ServiceM8’s US pricing page lists Bundles from the Growing plan up.
How do I create a Bundle in ServiceM8?
- Activate Bundles in Settings > ServiceM8 Add-ons.
- Go to Settings > Materials & Services > Bundles and click Add Bundle.
- Enter an item number and a name. Both show on quotes and invoices, so write them for the client.
- Add the materials, services and labor items that make up the Bundle.
- Save.
To build a near-copy, open a Bundle, click the three vertical dots, and choose Make a Copy.
How do I add a Bundle to a quote in ServiceM8?
Search for the Bundle on the job the same way you search for any item, by item number or keyword. That works in the Online Dashboard and in the app.
In the online Job card, hover over the line to see what is inside. Click the line to open the Bundle editor and change the contents for that one job. Those one-off changes do not touch the saved Bundle or any other job.

Does a ServiceM8 price change update my Bundles?
Yes, for single items. ServiceM8 says items inside a Bundle have a two-way link to Materials & Services. Change an item in either place and every Bundle holding that item updates. Existing jobs stay as they were.
The Bulk Price Increase tool is less clear. ServiceM8’s help page for the tool does not mention Bundles at all. Run the increase, then open one Bundle and check the price yourself. Our Bulk Price Increase post covers the tool.
