Support & aftercare
Launch is the start, not the finish. Here is how support works once your site is live and the phone is meant to be ringing.
What happens after launch
Once you are live, we keep the site healthy and watch how it performs. That means it stays fast and online, the inquiry forms keep landing in your inbox, and we tune the pages and ads based on what the numbers show. If something breaks, you tell us and we fix it. You are not left on your own with a login you never open.
- We keep the site fast, online, and secure on Cloudflare's edge.
- We make sure every inquiry form still reaches you.
- We tune pages and ads toward what actually books jobs.
- We are the people you already know, not a support ticket queue.
The numbers, every month
We show you where the leads come from and what each one costs, the real figures, every month. Not a tidy slide that hides the misses. If a month is slow, you will hear it from us with a plan, not a spin.
You own everything
Your site, your video, your ad accounts, all yours. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, you can. You are not renting a template or locked into a platform you can never leave. We build it so it keeps working whether we are running it or not.
How to reach us
You talk to the people who built your site, not a call center. Support runs by email and through the contact page: send us what you need changed, or a question about your numbers, and it reaches the people who did the work. We reply in writing so you have a record of what was asked and what we did about it.
